Helping HANDS is a newspaper for seniors that is mailed free of charge to more than 16,000 seniors, family members and community leaders six times per year.  The paper contains informational, educational and entertaining articles geared toward seniors and their issues. The paper is supported by advertising revenue and proceeds are used to fund Senior Wishes.
